Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

CNP Projects undertakes to provide services as agreed in the official project scope or client agreement, including telecommunications infrastructure, data networking, electrical work, civil construction, and security systems.

2. Quotation & Pricing 

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT and may be subject to change based on site assessments, material cost fluctuations, or changes in project scope.

3. Payment Terms 

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required upon acceptance of the quotation.

  • The balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.

  • Late payments may incur interest of 2% per month.

4. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated and may vary based on weather conditions, permit approvals, supplier delays, or site access. CNP Projects will communicate any changes promptly.

5. Permits & Wayleaves

CNP Projects may assist in obtaining necessary permits and wayleaves; however, the client remains responsible for any third-party fees and delays caused by pending approvals.

6. Warranties & Liabilities

We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied materials. CNP Projects is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, third-party interference, or events beyond our control.

7. Health & Safety

Our team adheres to strict health and safety protocols. Clients are required to ensure a safe working environment and grant CNP Projects reasonable access to the site.

8. Cancellation & Delays

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly. Project delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling fees.

9. Confidentiality 

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction 

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant South African courts.
